Privacy statement
Keybuster.com and it's associates will protect your privacy and we will never use your e-mail address or any other personal information to send e-mails or communicate directly to you without asking your direct consent. We will never sell your information or redirect your information to third parties.
We will always keep the highest level of confidentiality we find appropriate and reasonable and can be assumed by our customers. 
If we do send an e-mail the e-mail will always contain your Keybuster.com NAME. 

User License Agreement
Keybuster.com.August 2005

Please read this contract carefully. 
By using all or any portion of Keybuster.com you (either an individual or an entity) accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

You agree that this agreement is enforceable like any written negotiated agreement signed by you. This agreement is enforceable against you and any legal entity that obtained the Keybuster.com and on whose behalf it is used. If you do not agree, do not use Keybuster.com.

1. Definitions
1a. "Owners" means that Keybuster.com is founded for 50% by Webpoint bv, the Netherlands, 2005 and for 50% by Y2K Software Italy in 2005 and they operate as a whole under the name Keybuster.com. 

1b."Keybuster.com" means the Internet site Keybuster.com and their services but also registred derivates and resembling names such as key-buster.com;keybusters.com and such registred by the owners under 1a.

1c. "User" means any person, or machine owned by either an individual or an entity, that is connected to Keybuster.com. There are only two types of users: a) one who is registred at Keybuster.com (typically known as developer) and b) any client application or software that access Keybuster.com for validation of a specific software key. More specific characteristics of these terms can be found on Keybuster.com's Glossary.

1d. "Keys" are software generated numbers. 

2. Provided service
2a. The Owners own all intellectual property on Keybuster.com and specified in 1a, 1b. 
Keybuster.com permits you to use their services only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.  Use of third party elements in combination with Keybuster.com may be subject to other terms and conditions, nevertheless this agreement prevelates above a separate license agreement for those third party elements if it concerns Keybuster.com. 

2b. Keybuster.com provides a service in the form of Software Keys and those are serviced, not sold. Keybuster.com covers all aspects provided from accessing the site Keybuster.com till ending that access. 

2c. The generated keys are associated with one (1) particular Keybuster.com customer. 
A Keybuster.com customer (=developer) pay for a key, and a key client access the key(s) without payment to Keybuster for validation reasons. 
To obtain a developer key you agree that you will pay the Keybuster.com fee and thus becoming a Keybuster customer. If a Keybuster.com customer should obtain a key without the proper payment, Keybuster.com is still entitled to payment of that fee.

2d. The services of Keybuster.com only apply to a user that is connected to the site Keybuster.com (on-line). That means that coding of the keys and usage of the keys off-line happens at your responsability and liability. Keybuster.com provides code examples and usage examples to give insight in the appliance of the generated keys. 

2e. Registration is obligatory for any user that wishes to create and distribute keys (called developer).
Keybuster.com reserves the right to deny access to all or parts of their services to one or a specific group of people or machines. For clients that want to validate those keys no registration is neccessary.

2f. You agree that we communicate electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications will be done electronically and will be accepted as legal and valid by you.

3.Reproduction and similar electronic techniques 
3a. It is forbidden to copy any content, written or graphical, from Keybuster.com and related companies, entities and individuals. Downloading or copying of parts of site Keybuster.com; downloading or copying account information; any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools are strictly forbidden. 

3b. Keybuster.com is protected by local and international copright laws and no elements and no content may be distributed, copied, framed or duplicated in any way without explicit written permission of the rightfull owner(s). 3c Keybuster.com's site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without written consent of Keybuster.com.  

3d. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of site Keybuster.com.

3e. It is allowed to copy and alter the code examples, downloadable items and the keys and other services explicitly provided for customers.

4. Cracking and Hacking Keys and such behaviour
4a.You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter Keybuster.com copyright notice, this user agreement, and Keybuster.com.

4b. It is permitted, if Keybuster.com invites you to do so explicitly, to simulate or crack keys on Keybuster.com, unless as such either directly or indirectly violates any laws or proprietary rights. This includes laws and proprietary rights in all countries.
By exercising such cracking efforts it is forbidden to: use or to distribute any keys, accounts or information from Keybuster.com or such that resembles Keybuster.com.

4c. It is not allowed to alter Keybuster.com services and present such as orginal or orginating services.
You shall not modify, adapt or translate Keybuster.com services. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, accounts, or keys. 

5.Third Party Website or Software
Any user (developer or client) can access Keybuster.com. Any client may access the Keybuster.com site to validate a key. Any registred developer will have to login to create and modify his keys and his personal details. A developer can create keys that can be later validated by clients. Clients can then be rerouted to Keybuster.com's Site or Third Party Sites.
Keybuster.com is not responsable and can not held liable for any access, restrictions or any actions that take place, or do not take place on third party sites or software. Keybuster.com is not responsable nor liable for any infringement, integration, accuracy, security, availability, quality of third party rights.

6. Warranty 
All given information is given on an "as is" basis without any warranty or indemnity of any kind. If you feel you have paid for a service but not received you need to contact Keybuster.com by one of the e-mail address on their site within 7 days. Every action from all users will be logged and there is a 24 hour backup service running. However, Keybuster.com and related companies, entities and individuals do not and cannot warrant the performance or results you may obtain by using keybuster.com

7. Disclaimer
Keybuster.com accepts no warranties, conditions, indemnities, representations or terms, express or implied, whether by statute, common law, custom, usage or otherwise as to any other matters, including but not limited to non-infringement of third party rights, title, integration, accuracy, security, availability, satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose with respect to the Keybuster.com.

Keybuster.com is not responsable for any information, any content and agreements between you and third parties. When a developer or third party provides software that uses Keybuster.com you are required to take all reasonable measures to avoid and reduce damages, in particular to make back-up copies of the Software and your computer data subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

8. Indemnity
You agree to hold Keybuster.com harmless from any and all liabilities, losses, actions, damages, or claims (including all reasonable expenses, costs, and attorneys fees) arising out of or relating to any use of, or reliance on keys, including, without limitation (a) reliance on an expired or revoked certificate; (b) improper verification of a key; (c) use of a key other than as permitted, this Agreement or applicable law; (d) failure to exercise reasonable judgment under the circumstances; or (e) failure to perform any of the obligations as required by Keybuster.com.
Under no circumstances will keybuster.com be liable to you, or any other person or entity.

9. Export Rules
As a developer you are responsable for creating and usage of the Keys generated and held at Keybuster.com in your software. As a client you use the keys based on the information given by a developer. You agree that the Software will not be shipped, transferred or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by national or international rules that apply. It is your responsability that the software and keys behave according to appropriate export laws, restrictions or regulations. If additional taxes have to be payed to any country you will pay those taxes directly to Keybuster.com or, if determined directly to the tax collector.

10.Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed in the English language by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws in force: (a) in the Netherlands, or b) in a court inside the European Union. The language will be for a) Dutch or b) English.

11. General Provisions
If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of this Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
